Precinct chairs are members of the  Nueces County Executive Committee (CEC).
The CEC is the voting body of the NCDP, they introduce resolutions before the CEC; they help raise money; they  advocate actively for their communities, and they recruit volunteers.
CEC members shape the NCDP’s identity, positions, structure, operations, direction, activities, and more.
